The customer service throughout the process of getting this was amazing. I found the blanket to be soft and comfortable. The design printed on well and since I went with a lighter color pattern, the white fleece peeking from underneath the design was no problem. I can see that there could potentially be problems with printing a mostly black design with this but you could probably email beforehand to figure out if an adjustment can be made.
