With these options, crafting the perfect gift has never been easier!
How do I choose between the 3 different product options ?
Answer:

1. Ready-Made Products:
These are fully designed products with images and prices already displayed. You can purchase them directly with just a few clicks!

2. Personalized Products:
Head to our "COLLECTION/ PERSONALIZED Collection" or "CUSTOM for small business" section to find products where you can add your own touches, like names, logos, or messages.

3. Fully Custom Products:
Start designing from scratch by clicking "Start Designing" on the home page or any product that shows "YourDesignHere /YourImageHere."
Just hit the "DESIGN NOW" button to get started!
Are the artists legally licensed, and do they get paid when I buy products here?
Absolutely!
At MyArtsyGift, all the artists featured on our platform are fully licensed.

We love artists so much that we work closely with them to ensure their work is protected and they’re fairly compensated.
Every time you purchase a product featuring an artist’s design, a portion of the sale goes directly to the artist.
So not only are you getting a unique piece of art, but you're also supporting talented creators with every purchase!
Can I create content that infringes on copyrights on the website?
No,we strictly prohibits the creation of any content that infringes on copyrights.
We are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of all creators, including artists, brands, and other content owners.
Any designs or images uploaded by users must be original or legally authorized for use.

If copyrighted content is uploaded without permission, it will be removed, and the user may face account restrictions.
We encourage everyone to respect creativity and follow all copyright laws when designing their products!

If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Here’s how it works:

1. Cancel Within 24 Hours
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—no questions asked!
Simply log into your account, go to "Order History," and select "Cancel Order." If you run into any issues, feel free to contact us at support@myartsygift.com, and we’ll assist you right away!

2. After 24 Hours
If it’s been more than 24 hours and your order hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it.
Just shoot us an email or give us a call, and we’ll see what we can do.
Custom and personalized orders may already be in progress, so cancellations might not be possible after this time.

3. Once in Production
Once your custom item has entered production, we are unable to cancel the order.
This is because your unique creation is already being handcrafted by our team. But don’t worry—we’re sure you’ll love the final product!

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, we’ll issue a full refund back to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process, depending on your bank.

We'll send you a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow your package every step of the way!

3. What happens if there’s a shipping delay or issue?
Sometimes, things outside our control (like weather or customs) can cause delays.

Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Just note that international orders may take longer to arrive depending on your location.
