If something’s not right, here’s how we handle refunds and replacements based on the issue.

If something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we've got you covered.

For international orders, you can request help with your order within 30 days of receiving it. We'll work with our shipping partners to make sure everything is sorted out.

If there’s a quality issue with your product, we take full responsibility!

Just make sure to send us the following:

1. A screenshot of your order No. showing the refund request
2. Clear photos showing the issue with the product
3. A picture of the package label
4. A description of what went wrong

 

Are there situations where after-sales service isn’t available?

There are some situations where we can’t provide after-sales support, including:

1. Custom-made or personalize products (since they’re made just for you!)
2. Issues caused by incorrect information, like wrong delivery addresses
3. Orders that have passed the 30-day window for after-sales requests
4. Minor differences in color or appearance (this can happen due to lighting or monitor settings, but we promise your item will look amazing!)
5. Products damaged due to customer handling
