At MyArtsyGift.com, all of our items are made-to-order to ensure you receive the highest quality products! Each item is custom-printed just for you as soon as your order is placed.

While some of our products are printed in-house at our US facilities, we also partner with trusted suppliers worldwide to offer a wider selection of unique merchandise. We work exclusively with vendors who meet our strict quality standards. This is why delivery times may vary.

Order Processing: Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.

We process orders Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (excluding holidays Christmas).

 Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced, it is shipped to you. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur once the product is in transit.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your MyArtsyGift.com account to view real-time tracking updates. In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each.

    Please allow 5-7 business days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If there are no tracking updates immediately, don’t worry! Once the carrier processes your package, the tracking information will be updated.

    If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact us for assistance.


    Incorrect Address

    Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout:

    • If there are any errors or missing details in your address that we can detect, we may need to contact you for clarification. This could delay your order.
    • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to sender. In these cases, the orders will be returned to the shipping carrier’s warehouse and may be disposed of by them. Please double-check your shipping information before contacting our support team.
    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will be applied to resend your order.
    • If you request your carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
